The Special Meeting has been requested by the Trustees of the Clevedon Community Association
(charity number 304518)
The purpose of the meeting is to seek approval for the following resolution:
'Resolve: That this meeting confirms the decision of the Executive Committee of Clevedon Community Association (CCA) that it is advisable to dissolve CCA (an unincorporated body) and, subject to the approval of the Charity Commission, transfer its assets to a new charitable incorporated organisation with materially identical objects to be known as Clevedon Community Association (CIO).'
